Privacy notice.

How Zeltar Ventures LLP handles information submitted through this website's project and partnership enquiry form.

Updated 16 October 2026.

Information submitted through the form

The form collects a name, email address, optional company name, area of interest and project description, together with consent to respond. An accepted enquiry is stored with its reference, submission time, consent time and follow-up status.

The form does not request passwords or document uploads. A short description of the business requirement is enough to begin a discussion.

How the information is used

Zeltar Ventures uses these details to assess the requirement, respond to the enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe the sender to a mailing list or trigger a marketing campaign.

Storage, access and abuse protection

Enquiry details are stored in the website's database and are available through a restricted company inbox. The website's hosting infrastructure processes submissions and technical request information to operate the service.

The form uses a one-way identifier derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. The enquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Team sign-in is separate from the public form; no account is needed to send an enquiry.

Ask about, correct or remove information

Email info@zeltarventures.com or message the Zeltar Ventures LLP LinkedIn page to ask about submitted information, request a correction or request removal. Include the enquiry reference where available to help identify the record. The request may need to be verified before personal information is shared or changed.
